How do I cancel, make a change to or return an item?

Cancellation, Change, Return Privileges and Refund Policies - Terms and Conditions of Sale

Order Processing:
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. "Receipt" refers to the moment when an order has been seen by our Sales Team. Our Sales Team works Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM thru 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Therefore, an order that is placed on Thursday at 5:01 PM CST will not be received until Monday at 8:00 AM CST.

The availability time for each product can be found on that product's individual page. Most of our products are either completely or at least partially hand-made by us to order here at Allens. In most cases products made by us will likely take at least 5 working days (Monday-Thursday are working days) to complete the process. Items not made by us as well as most clearance items (does not include any that need engraving and/or customization) can ship the following working day as long as we have the items in stock at the time of order receipt.

Upon review of your order, if we notice any conflicts, i.e. your requested need by date is sooner than we are able to produce the item/s, we will contact you via phone and email as soon as possible to discuss replacement options.

Limited Quantity items:
All items that have a limited quantity listed on our site are available in a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time we receive your order. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss replacement options.

Cancellation and Changes to Custom Orders:
Since work has most likely already begun on your order, costs are incurred to make changes to or to cancel. Please review the change and cancellation charges below, which are based on the status of your order in our facility.

Changes on Custom Orders:

1. The first change: Free

2. Each additional change: $25.00

Cancellation of Custom Orders:

1. Order has processed through Sales, and Proofing (20% fee of total cost)

2. Order has processed through Production (75% fee of total cost)

3. Order has processed through Shipping (Cannot be Cancelled, No Refund Issued)

Cancellation to Non-Custom, made by Allens Orders:
Orders for non-custom, made by Allens products can be cancelled prior to shipping for a 20% fee of the total cost. Since work has most likely already begun on your order, costs are incurred to cancel.

Cancellation to Stock and/or Clearance (typically not made by Allens) Orders:

Orders for stock and/or clearance products (does not include any that need engraving and/or customization) can be cancelled prior to shipping for a 10% fee of the total cost. Since work has most likely already begun on your order, costs are incurred to cancel.

Return Privileges and Refund Policy:
Allens Crown & Trophy offers a 30 day return privilege. Within 30 days of delivery, merchandise may be returned in new condition and original packaging for exchange for other merchandise without incurring a restocking charge. Merchandise can also be returned for refund: if we receive your return in less than 7 days from the day you pick your order up or the date stamp on the tracking information, a 10% restocking fee will be accessed. If we receive your return between 8 and 30 days from the day you pick your order up or the date stamp on the tracking information, a 20% restocking fee will be accessed. Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective immediately. Failure to report a problem within 24 hours of receiving merchandise could void return privilege. Replacement items will be shipped by a carrier and service of our discretion.

Shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable fees are not refundable.

Items returned that are more than 30 days after delivery, have been used, or not in new and resalable condition will not be accepted for return.


The following items are not returnable: custom-made and made to order merchandise, special orders, personalized items, and items identified as clearance or no returns.

Allens Crown & Trophy hates to say no! Therefore, please do not ask us to make any exceptions to our return privileges.

We recommend you send your return via a trackable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation, FedEx or UPS and insure it for your own protection as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Be sure to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us.

If your return is for exchange, please mark "Exchange" on a label attached to the outside of your parcel or on the package itself. If your return is for exchange, we will begin production on the new items as soon as we receive, inspect and collect any additional funds as necessary.


For any refused delivery or merchandise returned undeliverable, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return freight charges will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable or refused deliveries on International shipments.

Allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment. For credit cards, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement. For refund checks, please allow 8 weeks.
